COPYRIGHT & OPEN ACCESS POLICY

Copyright ownership and licensing arrangements are determined according to the publication agreement between the author(s) and InspireTech Global Insight.

Authors retain rights that are explicitly granted to them under the applicable publishing agreement.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions for third-party materials included in their manuscripts.

Copyright information is displayed in the bibliographic record and/or publication itself.

OPEN ACCESS POLICY

Jika memang buku Anda akan Open Access, gunakan teks berikut. Jangan mencantumkan OA jika model penerbitan sebenarnya bukan OA.

Open Access Policy

InspireTech Global Insight supports the responsible dissemination of scholarly knowledge and may publish eligible scholarly works under an Open Access model.

Where a publication is designated as Open Access, the full text is made available online without requiring subscription or payment for access, subject to the applicable licence.

The specific licence applied to each publication is clearly identified in the book record and publication.

Open Access publications are expected to meet the same standards of scholarly quality, editorial evaluation, and research integrity as other publications.

DOAB requires OA academic books to be freely accessible, appropriately licensed, individually identifiable by ISBN, and subject to quality-control requirements including peer review.

LICENSING POLICY

Licensing

The licence applied to each publication is clearly identified in the individual book record.

For Open Access publications, Creative Commons licences may be used to define how readers may access, share, adapt, or otherwise reuse the work.

The applicable licence should also be stated within the publication itself.

For example:

This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise stated.

Catatan: Jangan gunakan kalimat CC BY 4.0 tersebut jika buku Anda sebenarnya menggunakan lisensi lain.

DOAB specifically recommends that licensing terms be clearly stated on the website and in the book metadata.
